  • Installation of Automatic PFI Plant – 240 kVAr for power factor correction
  • Installation of ELT Panel Unit for electrical load termination and protection
  • Supply and installation of MDB (Main Distribution Board) Panel
  • Installation of 11 kV Heat Shrink Cable Jointing Kits
  • Installation of ELB (Earth Leakage Breaker) for personnel safety
  • Complete installation, testing, commissioning, and handover

Project Summary

POWERtrac successfully executed a complete 400 kVA residential substation and power distribution system for Concord Nishorgo, delivering a safe, reliable, and energy-efficient electrical infrastructure for modern residential living. The project integrated HT protection equipment, robust LT and MDB panels, and an automatic PFI plant to ensure voltage stability, reduced energy losses, and improved power quality. With comprehensive earthing, surge protection, and ELB safety measures, the installation ensures long-term operational reliability and compliance with residential electrical standards while supporting uninterrupted power supply for residents.
