  • Supply and installation of HT Switchgear (VCB) for primary power control and protection
  • Supply and installation of HT Switchgear (ACB) for reliable switching and isolation
  • Installation of LT Switchgear – 2000A for main low-voltage power distribution
  • Installation of 2000A LT Switchgear (Generator Control Panel) for seamless DG power integration
  • Installation of Automatic PFI Plant – 2400 kVAr to improve power factor and reduce energy losses
  • Installation of ELB (Earth Leakage Breaker) for enhanced personnel and equipment safety
  • Complete installation, testing, commissioning, and operational handover

Project Summary

POWERtrac successfully executed a comprehensive electrical power distribution project for Unicorn Sweater Limited, ensuring reliable and efficient power supply for continuous garment manufacturing operations. The project integrated advanced HT switchgear (VCB & ACB), high-capacity LT distribution and generator control panels, and a large 2400 kVAr automatic PFI plant to optimize power quality and energy efficiency. With added safety through ELB protection and robust system integration, the installation delivers stable operation, reduced electrical losses, and dependable backup power readiness—supporting uninterrupted production and long-term operational reliability.
